10 - 1 cup peach preserves or peach jam
11 - 1/4 cup honey
12 - 2 tbsp hot sauce (such as sriracha)
13 - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
14 - 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)

# How to Cook:
01 - Set the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, green onions, garlic, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika until just combined.
03 - Shape the mixture into 18 to 20 meatballs approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
05 - While meatballs bake, combine peach preserves, honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, chili flakes, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until melted and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened.
06 - Remove meatballs from oven, toss them in the hot honey peach sauce until fully coated.
07 - Transfer meatballs to a platter, garnish with fresh peach slices and chopped parsley or chives. Serve immediately.
