# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It looks like you spent hours in the kitchen but actually takes less time than ordering delivery.
  • The salmon gets this incredible golden crust while staying buttery inside, and somehow your mayo becomes the main character of the whole bowl.
  • You can throw together whatever vegetables are lingering in your crisper drawer and it still tastes intentional.
02 -
  • Don't overcrowd the air fryer or oven tray—salmon needs space to develop that golden crust, not steam in its own moisture.
  • The spicy mayo is truly the secret; it's what transforms good salmon into a bowl you'll crave again.
03 -
  • Keep your salmon cubes roughly uniform in size so they finish cooking at exactly the same time with zero guessing.
  • Toast your sesame seeds in a dry pan for thirty seconds before sprinkling them on—it brings out a nuttiness that makes the whole dish feel more thoughtful.
