# What You Need:
→ Pulled Pork
01 - 2 cups cooked pulled pork
02 - 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
→ Grilled Cheese Sandwich
03 - 8 slices sourdough or country-style bread
04 - 2 tablespoons softened butter
05 - 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
08 - 4 slices pickles
# How to Cook:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pulled pork with barbecue sauce and toss until the meat is thoroughly coated. Warm the mixture gently in a skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, then set aside.
02 - Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each bread slice. Arrange four bread slices, buttered side down, on a clean cutting board or work surface.
03 - Top each bread slice with an even amount of shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Spoon the warmed BBQ pulled pork over the cheese layers. Optionally, add thinly sliced red onion and pickle slices.
04 - Place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side facing upward, creating four assembled sandwiches.
05 - Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Grill the sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
06 - Transfer sandwiches to a cutting board, rest for 1 minute, slice in half, and serve immediately while hot.
