05 - 1/2 cup cold water or milk

06 - Pinch of ground cardamom or chopped pistachios
# How to Cook:
01 - Place the chopped mango, yogurt, honey, ground cardamom, and cold water or milk into a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency. Evaluate the texture and add additional water or milk as needed to achieve desired thickness.
03 - Taste the lassi and adjust sweetness or cardamom intensity according to personal preference.
04 - Pour the prepared lassi evenly into two serving glasses.
