# How to Cook:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and ground ginger. Mix gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
03 - Form the mixture into 1-inch diameter meatballs and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Bake meatballs for 15 to 18 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned.
05 - While meatballs bake, combine honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and stir in butter until melted and glossy.
06 - Transfer baked meatballs to a large bowl. Pour the glaze over them and gently toss to coat evenly.
